My name is Rob Auerbach and I'm the international sales manager here at McCopier xxxxx Just so you know a little about us, McCopier has been in business since 1990 and is one of the largest distributors of used copiers in North America. We inventory between 2500 & 3500 copiers of all sellable types and have a large retail force here in the Montreal area. All copiers leaving McCopier, either by our own trucks or containers, are all inspected and in working order. We currently are selling our offshore copiers in many different countries through companies either in the USA or via representatives in those countries. I do have an inventory list which I can provide to you upon first contact or you can see it by signing up at our website xxxxx For shipping fees, once you tell me the port of destination I will inquire on a quote. I would need to know if you would need any certificates of origin, special documents, or insurance as these would be additional charges We test our machines to pass a copy however accessories such as sorters, sorter brackets, & receiving trays are added only if specified OR while supplies last. Our quantities do not always meet the amounts of machines on orders. Our policy is that we require 50% of the payment prior to us beginning to prepare the machines. The balance is required prior to shipping and must be done by wire transfer. There is an additional charge of 400$ US for a 20ft container and 800$ US for a 40ft container for loading/labour and supplies as we create a wood frame to protect the machines which also allows for a 2nd floor without crushing any machines below.
